What Is ArtExample.com? - read here to learn more about how our site works, and all of the features we have to offer How to Create Your Artist Profile - If you haven't yet created your artist profile, please read here and create an artist profile page before submitting lessons How to Submit Free Lessons on ArtExample.com - In addition to posting your books, videos, and workshops, you'll need to post free lessons to lead visitors to your product pages. Read this to get started How to Upload Your Product Details ArtExample.com allows you to upload detailed information about your books, videos, workshops, and other information products, and link them from your lesson pages. These features are available to premium members only, so you may need to upgrade your account. Go to the 'My Account' section, and click on the 'Products' button, then click on the 'Create Product' link. Step 1: Enter your product title and overview URL: If you have another web page with more details about this product, you can enter it here Product Type: Select the type that best matches your product (Book, Video, DVD, Workshop, or Class). If you don't see an appropriate option in the list, contact support@artexample.com and we'll add one. Image: Upload an image to show with your product details. This will be shown along with the title and overview on your related lesson pages, and on the top of your product page. You will also be able to upload more images in the item description. Overview: Your product overview should be a brief introduction to your product. This will be displayed along with your title on your related lesson pages. This overview should also contain appropriate search keywords, and don't forget to make it interesting so that visitors will want to click on it to read about your product Step 2: Enter your product or workshop description Step 3: Enter other product details Price and Currency: If you want to list a price for your product, enter it here and select the appropriate currency PayPal Button and PayPal Email: If you would like to create a PayPal 'Buy Now' button on your product page, select 'Y' here and enter your paypal account email address. We'll automatically create a 'Buy Now' button using the price and currency you specified, and direct it to your PayPal account. Please note that we don't handle any of the transaction processing - buyers go directly to PayPal and then confirmation and payment are sent to your PayPal account Language: Select which language is primarily used in your product Step 4: Save Click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page to save your product information. Your product will immediately be listed on your artist profile page. Step 5: Link your product from related lessons To display a product overview and link from related lesson pages, simply go to the lesson editor and select your product title from the dropdown menu, then publish the lesson. Your product overview will be displayed on this lesson page, with a link to your full product description Step 6: List your workshop dates in your events calendar If you're entering a workshop or class, you can also enter upcoming dates and locations in your events calendar page. Upcoming dates will automatically be listed on your profile page and the class details page, and old dates will automatically be removed, so you don't have to constantly update your product page.
